About Me

I am an actor and singer, hailing from Kent in South East England, and currently based in London. I trained on the Professional Diploma Course at Glasgow's Acting Coach Scotland, where I studied Meisner technique, Laban, clowning, and improvisation, and gained plenty of experience on both stage and screen.

Since graduating, I have taken on a good variety of work, including school theatre tours, short films, and an audiobook. I have loved all of these, especially the live performance work, and have really enjoyed all of the opportunities that London offers. But, acting hasn't always been my main field...

In the olden days and before making the leap across to the industry, I studied modern languages at the University of Exeter in furthest Devon, continuing a lifelong study of French, and picking up Spanish and Portuguese. But even these studies I was putting to work in service of my hopeful future acting career, not only acquiring more languages to act in, but also studying linguistics and phonetics to aid me in my voice work. I also teach all of these languages to this day!

While acting is now the main focus, I do also love to perform across a variety of other disciplines, and have done so in choral, jazz, and a cappella singing, vocal percussion, instrumental music, and quiz hosting. When I want to slow things down a bit and possibly create something that lasts a bit longer than a live show, I pick up my brushes and do some miniature painting, or watch good films to get inspiration for my next performance!
